We provide reliable and enjoyable travel service throughout China. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in our services. Once agreement is reached, we would send you the reservation form with the agreed itineraries and deposit and/or total cost of the tour. Before you sign on the reservation form and sent it to us, please read and understand the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservation:

Once you intend to book the agreed tour service at the agreed price, please fill out the reservation form and sign, and then send us by email or fax. The tour contract between you and us will be validated from the moment we send you back the confirmation letter. You should pay the deposit/total cost as indicated in the confirmation letter. Failure to pay the deposit on time results in automatic cancellation of your reservations. If you reserve the tour on the day very close to the departure date and leave no time to send and receive the confirmation letter, the oral confirmation makes the contract validated. Once the contract is validated, we are responsible to offer the booked tour, and you are responsible to pay for the agreed price. Any disagreement should be resolved according to this Terms & Conditions published here.

If there are two or more people in the group, the signer of the reservation form and other contracts is responsible to pay for the whole group. we will give all the documents and information to the signer and he/she is responsible to let the others know everything. If anyone from the group is younger than 18 (by the date of departure), and his/her parent or guardian is not in the group, we need the guardian's opinion in written form.

Payment:

The deposit must be paid in 7 days after we send you the confirmation letter, and the total cost must be paid 15 days prior to the departure date. Please send us the attestation of your remittance as soon as you have sent the money. Failure to pay the deposit or the total cost would cause cancellation of your reservation.

Notice: If you have any special requirement which is beyond the tour service, please let us know. We are always trying to meet your needs. However, we can not promise to fulfill it. It is not included in the contract, and we are not responsible if we fail to meet these needs.

Insurance:

"Travel Service Liability" insurance is included in tour quotations for all the clients who have booked a tour from us.

Notice: We recommend you to take some other travel insurance at home for travel insurance policies in major western countries cover a wider range of inconveniences.

Alteration and Cancellation:

If you want to change the booked tour service after the reservation or during the tour, we will try to help, and you need to pay the extra fee, if any. If anyone from the group wants to quit and transfer it to another, written form must be shown to confirm the transfer. If the number of the people in the group is changed, the cost would be made according to the new number. If the number becomes smaller, each people in the group might pay more. If you change the tour, we would arrange it according to the possibility, and you should pay the extra fee, if any.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the tour after the reservation if air schedule or land transportation changes, or there are any event beyond our control, which make such alterations necessary.

If you want to cancel the reserved tour, the signer of the reservation form must send us the cancellation request by email or fax. The cancellation procedure starts on the day when we receive the signer's cancellation request. Cancellation fee would be charged according to the actual lost we undertake and the banking procedure fee.

Responsibility:

We purchase air and ground transportation, hotel, restaurant and other services from independent suppliers that are acting as independent contractors and not as agents or employees of us. Therefore we are exempt from any liabilities for death, injury, baggage loss and damage or any other loss that may occur due to any act or omission of such supplier or other parties not directly owned or controlled by us, or by the failure of any equipments operated by any such supplier or other party they represent, and in consequence we accept no responsibility for accidents, damages, baggage losses, and/or delays due to weather, acts of God, act of government or authorities, wars, strikes, criminal acts committed by third parties, theft, pilferage or to faults or defaults of any company used for carrying out these tours. Although we anticipates no changes in the itineraries or accommodations, etc. as shown herein, the right is reserved to make any changes with or without notice due to unforeseen circumstances that might become necessary in the best interest of the tour. In such cases any additional expenses must be borne by tourists. We are exempt from the liability of faulty, inferior or non-delivery of any items purchased by tour passengers during the trip.

Complaints:

If you have any complaint about the service during the tour, please tell our representative or the service suppliers immediately. They will try the best to solve the problem right away. You should also tell us as soon as possible for any further claim. Any controversy or claim relating the trip shall be settled solely and exclusively in Beijing, China, based on the terms in English.

Penalty:

During your trip in China, all the people in your group should not violate laws in China. You are responsible for your own behavior. If you would do any harm to any party out of your free will during your trip in China, you are responsible for the claims and accusation against you.
